							The Bra Band was conceived by five wonderful ladies who wanted to stitch a special piece as a round robin to donate to the annual Celebration of Needlework auction for Breast Cancer Research. Each lingerie set was designed specifically for each of the participants. I tried very hard to capture each of their unique personalities in their set of lingerie :-) By popular demand, we are happy to release the chart for this design so that you may share your own passion for lingere and commitment to the cure with a group of friends. The chart includes an alphabet so you may personalize the sets with the names of the stitchers who participate in your round robin "for the cure". I would once again like to thank the enthusiastic and inspirational members of the “Sisterhood of the Traveling Bra and Panties” for brainstorming the “Bra Band” and again express my deepest appreciation for the amazing stitching skills and dedication to the cause that brought it to life. All proceeds from the sale of "The Bra Band" will be donated to Breast Cancer Research.
